Making My Fitness Good for me and you

Throughout my life, I have inside and outside "relations" with the gym and try to stay healthy. I grew up playing sports and was just part of everyday life. I am a scholarship and was a member of a softball team Division1. It was the first experience I had with a real "trainer / coach" who was not my father took me anyway, and I loved it! So grow up and be still active was the easy part ...

.. I should not watch what I ate or track my daily / calorie workouts.I graduated, I got married, I worked full time and worked here and there when I could find the time. I still do not see much difference in my body. Stress and age had not dented me again ... .. So here motherhood! My mother always told me to "watch my 30 years" due to the changes that would occur with my metabolism. To be honest, I think. Wow, my first child, I closed my metabolism! So you can imagine what happened after my second child / blessing, two years later .

I do not sleep, no time to exercise, and still eat what I wanted. So, like many other mothers out there, our time is for our children. The thing is, however, began to realize that very soon, I'm disappearing. He had lost all drive, determination and all the training and pushing it made me feel really accomplished and that was really deep inside. Then another blow! My best friend in the world was brutally murdered. My life seemed lost.
I am overweight and depressed. So, I decided to check out some local gyms and started some training sessions here and there. It was a slow process safely. Several years passed, and had not yet worked my way back to the new found "me". Life had more in store for me ............Now, with my two children, working full time and trying to be the best coach / mother to them, now I'm on my way to face life on my own as a single parent. So I packed my bags and moved back to Texas. Time passed, and I missed being pushed. I had heard of a new gym in the area and wanted to check. This is where my life began to change for the better. Presentation, Life Time Fitness .

Lake Houston !!! The first time I went, I enrolled in my first training camp and loved it! Then I hired a personal trainer named Misty, and today is one of my closest friends! I still change my diet at the time, and although he was back in the gym, I always had something missing. My trainer / friend had mentioned maybe enter a contest to push more ... ole boy, she knows me or what !That's where the 90 Day Challenge comes in! I thought, "This is what I need!" So I signed up and I found an incredible staff member, registered dietitian Susan Alexander.

Decided it would be best to do some tests to determine what foods work for / against my body and have metabolic profiling tests performed to determine my best areas of education training in order to keep my body burn fat properly. Vi enjoyed activities, and chose the interval with an occasional stage race days. I also spoke with my coach / training friend and she introduced me to Ashley Horner programs!

Once there, I had! Now, to face the ultimate challenge ...... my diet! Ouch !! Considering the results of my test with Susan, we decided to increase my protein intake and make healthier decisions together. I like a bit more carbs in my days of heavier cardio, so I am full of energy to my workouts, and follow with a refreshing protein shake immediately afterwards. Susan also showed me the LT connects the application to my exercises, allowing me to see what I'm in the zone during training. I recommend this app to others too !! And if I'm here, eat healthier, to work 5-6 times a week (mixing cardio with weights), and love my body and life back !! All thanks to the long life .
